    Chad Dedmon

    Chad Dedmon is an ordained minister through Iris Global and Bethel Church who has ministered in more than 35 nations. He is passionate about demonstrating the healing power and love of God, equipping believers to encounter Jesus, and activating the Church to step into its full supernatural potential. Chad has served in pastoral and leadership roles at Bethel Church and the Vineyard Church in Laguna Niguel, California.

    Chad leads Encountering Jesus Ministries and Catch the Wave, with a focus on worship, prayer, evangelism, healing, and equipping the Church. He carries a deep desire to see believers live in friendship with God and reveal Jesus to the world through extraordinary love, miracles, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

    Duncan and Kate Smith are revivalists who carry the fire of God's love and power all over the world. Together, they serve as the Presidents of Catch The Fire World, a global movement of revival churches, missions, and ministries, birthed out of the Toronto Revival. They are the Senior Leaders of Catch The Fire Church in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, a vibrant, growing church full of the love and presence of God.

    They have a passion to plant and cultivate supernatural churches, ministries, and missions in multiple expressions and multiple generations. Wherever they go, the Holy Spirit does extraordinary miracles, as the love of the Father and the grace of Jesus are poured out to the world.

    John and Tiffany Matthews are the Senior Leaders of The Gate Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. Together, they carry an apostolic heart to build and strengthen the Church, cultivate healthy Kingdom culture, and create environments where the presence and power of God can move freely. On November 6, 2022, The Gate experienced a significant outpouring of the Holy Spirit that deeply marked their lives, their church, and the direction of their ministry.

    Their passion is to see people encounter the transforming presence of Jesus, discover who they are as sons and daughters, and be equipped to live naturally supernatural lives. John and Tiffany carry a deep desire to see revival sustained across generations, leaders strengthened, churches awakened, and the Kingdom of God expressed through lives transformed by His presence.

    AJ Ohsberg

    AJ Ohsberg is a member of the Senior Leadership Team at The Gate Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he has played a pivotal role in stewarding the outpouring of the Holy Spirit that began in November 2022. He carries a strong prophetic gifting and a passion to help people recognize the voice of God and grow in confidence responding to what He is saying.

    AJ has a heart to cultivate healthy prophetic culture that is accessible, grounded in love, and centered on the presence of God. Through teaching, leadership, and prophetic ministry, he equips others to grow in their gifts and pursue genuine encounters with God that bring encouragement, direction, and transformation.

Special Gathering
for Church Leaders

Before Greater Measure begins, we’re creating a special space just for pastors and church leaders.

Church leadership can be incredibly rewarding, but we also know what it means to continually pour into others. This gathering is an opportunity to slow down, connect with other leaders, be encouraged, and receive from members of The Gate’s leadership team who understand both the privilege and the weight of leading the local church.

Our heart isn’t simply to give you more information. We want to create space for genuine connection, encouragement, ministry, and refreshing as we prepare to enter Greater Measure together.

Lead pastors will also be invited to a special lunch, providing a more personal environment to connect, build relationships, and share around the unique joys and challenges of leading a church.

Come early. Connect with other leaders. Be poured into before the conference begins.

Please Note: Additional registration is required for both the Church Leaders Gathering and the Lead Pastors Lunch. Registration for Greater Measure does not automatically register you for either of these gatherings.

On November 6, 2022, during a simple pre-service prayer gathering at The Gate, the Holy Spirit moved in a powerful and unexpected way. What began with members of our leadership team overwhelmed by the presence of God spilled into the Sunday gathering and became the beginning of a season marked by encounters with God, healing, miracles, repentance, and a deepening hunger for His presence.

Since that day, we have sought to faithfully steward what God began while continuing to ask Him for more. The story of the Charlotte Awakening is an important part of why we are gathering for Greater Measure. We are deeply grateful for what we have seen, but we believe these are only the beginnings of what God desires to do.

  • Greater Measure will be held at The Gate Church in Charlotte, North Carolina (7100 Alexander Road, Charlotte, NC 28270)

  • Seating for Greater Measure is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to arrive early, especially for evening sessions.

  • Childcare will not be available during Greater Measure.

  • Yes. However, due to the nature and length of the conference sessions, we encourage parents to consider whether their children will be comfortable participating for an extended period of time.

  • Yes! Creating space for people to encounter God is an important part of Greater Measure. Throughout the conference, there will be opportunities to receive prayer and ministry as the Holy Spirit leads.

  • Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is the closest major airport and serves the greater Charlotte area.

  • Registration is for the entire Greater Measure Conference. At this time, individual day or evening passes are not available.

  • Conference registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact our team prior to the conference for assistance transferring your registration.

  • Greater Measure is designed to be experienced in person, and we are not currently planning to livestream the conference. We encourage you to join us in Charlotte and experience what God does in the room.

  • We will not have food on site during the conference. Attendees are encouraged to plan accordingly and take advantage of nearby restaurants and dining options within a short drive of The Gate during conference breaks.

  • Come as you are! Most people will dress casually and comfortably. The sanctuary can sometimes be cool and at other times warm, so we recommend dressing in layers so you can stay comfortable and engage freely throughout the day and evening sessions.
